Grant High Extracurricular Activities
Students are encouraged to become involved in one or more extra-curricular activities. It has been proven that students who participate in extracurricular activities become more successful in the classroom and gain skills and self-esteem necessary to succeed in life beyond the classroom. Students who do not participate in extracurricular activities frequently become bored with school and do not achieve their potential. Most of all students who do not become involved miss out on what makes school a fun experience. Such activities offer leadership and citizenship skills not always available in the classroom. Some of these activities also afford students a chance to win honors and earn college scholarships. You can click on each individual club to find out more information about the club.
